Econo Lodge inn & suites Green Bay, WI BEDBUGS
My family stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. On the 5th morning my brother woke up covered in bedbug bites. They are on his back, arms, legs, and chest. We reported it to the manager and requested that he change rooms, inspect the rooms with us, contact the health department, and provide a refund for the rooms. He approved a room change, but refused to inspect any other rooms, contact the health department, and to give a refund. My family did not feel safe remaining there without the inspection, so they requested to check out today, and be refunded the money for the remaining two days they will not be staying there. The hotel advertises that they have a "no cancellation fee" policy. He refused that as well. We then contacted Travelocity who we booked the reservation through, they called the manager, and he flat out lied to them and said that we had removed our complaint, there was no bed bug problem, and he would not be providing any refunds. THERE ARE BED BUGS BITES COVERING MY BROTHERS BODY. He is lying.
