Scam artist - Travelocity

I am a recurring customer i previously have done alot of business with Travelocity but never
Again i booked 3 tickets exceeding $1200 . I cannot travel anymore ive had medicall issues and a family emergency come up . Travelocity refuses to refund exchange credit or transfer my tickets and when i asked what are my options they daid the company is taking your money. This is ridiculous and pathetic for a million dollar company to take a recurring customers money i will not leave this matter. Alone a seek immediate action
