As a seasoned business traveler, I wanted to take a second to give Amir a special accommodation for demonstrating an over the top level of customer service. Always find it amazing how an employee in the service industry can literally change the mental state of a long day of travel. Well Done Amir - and thanks for being a professional and welcoming face at the Marriott Courtyard - Quorum Drive in Addison, TX.
