Charged for the wrong booking

The company is holding my money on an itinerary that I didnt even book, after talking to someone on the phone and being reassured my funds would be released that day, I was charged double for my actual booking and a booking I didnt confirm. Holding my funds have caused my bank balance to go into the negatives--- overdraft fees are no joke. :(
