    Used Travelocity for the first time. Everything seemed great until we arrived at our destination at the rental car service and found out that Travelocity booked out return for the wrong date. When I called to get the date corrected they said that it would cost an Extra $750. This seemed ridiculous seeing the original ticket was $252. They escalated the ticket to Customer Support ( A complete joke as they do not knkow the meaning of Customer Support).     I contacted Travelocity for a HOTEL for my disabled husband and I. Paid the cost, put the address in my GPS, got ther, and boy was I mad,. First off, it was a motel not a hotel. Then I realized it was a prostitute's workplace, you know, the pay by the hour Motel. Went I side the main lobby n the only thing that was air-conditioned was where the receptionist sat.     Travelocity and there Protection Plan are not worth the money. They both want to make money on other peoples losses from death. I made travel plans thru Travelocity and purchased the Travel Plan thru them. When myself and some other Army buddies made plans to visit one of our veteran buddies, unfortunately he passed away before we saw him.     I booked a cruise thru Royal Caribbean in May 2017 for Feb 2018, so thinking ahead I also purchased my flight thru Traveloctiy with the option of insurance. just in case, cause life is crazy. My cruise was cancelled per choice of Royal Caribbean, cause I guess some one wanted the boat bad enough to charter the whole about throwing around your money and being second choice.     the woman that checked us in needs to take a class on customer service. Our room was located on the side of the hotel and the outside doors are not locked. This is the first trio we have taken with our 9month old so of course when we entered the room, our baby wanted to crawl around. The carpets are damp and sticky.     We booked our airline/hotel through I called them to arrange the Free shuttle service to the hotel which was advertised. Travelocity wanted us to pay an additional $170 US dollars for the "FREE Shuttle Service".   • Jewel Safaris - Kampala Uganda

    You'll get the same itinerary with better service elsewhere. Our (already beat up) safari vehicle BROKE DOWN on the way which caused a 2.5 hour delay and a rush through the main site of Murchison Falls. The company didn't bother to send a new one so we had a 4.5 hour mechanics trip on the way home. We didn't feel safe (and the driver never turned the car off when we stopped).     idk where to even start... the manager is a complete idiot and has absolutely no people skills or concideration towards people. The rooms and hallways not only smelled of smoke (not only cigs) but was absolutely freezing. I found bugs in the beds and stains on the walls,sheets and towles.     When I first made reservations I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get reservations. I made and paid for the two bookings. Suddenly the rep started saying there was an error. Even though I had paid for everything I was told one of the bookings disappeared. I had to start all over to book flights for 3 of the people traveling together.     I am a recurring customer i previously have done alot of business with Travelocity but never Again i booked 3 tickets exceeding $1200 . I cannot travel anymore ive had medicall issues and a family emergency come up .     If you are going to buy airline ticket, I suggest that you call the airline directly . Travelocity is trying to ripping you off after your purchased, they won't provide you with seating, it show you seating chart for you to selected, all seat available in middle seat only.if you want isle seat or window seat then you have to pay $32 to $65 more.     Went to Cancun on vacation, when coming home the flight we had scheduled with Travilocity with Dynamic airlines did not exist. From the $355 flight we originally spent we had to eventually book a new flight of a $1000 to get home. We had no warning that the flight was cancelled.     The new owner as of nearly a year ago of the Carmel Valley Lodge is a difficult man, Mr. Tong Kim. Our best advice is to stay away.     We were placed in a room where the ac unit wasn't working and our temp in our room all night was 80 degrees.     Recently I took a trip to Cozumel Palace in Cozumel Mexico. I booked my hotel reservations through Travelocity.     I have called 4 times trying to get my full refund for my hotel (I purchased travel package protection and am entitled to the $2223.42 but instead they gave me $2.23.     I always book my vacations on Travelocity so I can get the flight and hotel at one time. On my recent trip to Vegas, I was assigned Spirit airlines with the hotel. I haven't flown it before so I thought it would be fine. It was the ABSOLUTE WORST airline experience. They charge for carry on bags, and even for choosing your seat.     Travelocity lists false information on the website ("Book Now, Pay Later for hotel rooms actually means pay full price for the entire duration of the reservation upon booking). I would never have booked if I knew I would have to pay the full balance up front. To make matter worse, the customer service is TERRIBLE.     I recently stayed at the Guesthouse Hotel on Music Valkey Drive, Nashville, TN for a huge Beachbody Event. We are going again in 2016 which means 25,000 plus more coaches and their families will be bringing in lots of money..     The Harods hotel boutique is great; however, the tour company that Harods associates with are the worst. Travel consultant Yaron charged us $US 65 more per person than guests from other hotels.     Travelocity commercial boasts "We will make your vacation smell like roses!" More like fertilizer for roses!! Arrived at a filthy hotel, with the desk clerk constantly on his phone.     Worst airline ever... I'm guessing they just tried to cutcosts and therefore cut crew, but shame on you Spirit.     I was owed a refund for a one nights stay and the hotel I stayed in called travelocity and they refunded me $108.95. They still owe me $13.05 plus tax and REFUSE to give it to me.     While on vacation in Italy on March 19, 2015, I got an email from Travelocity telling me to call them re: my return flight home scheduled with Lufthansa which was scheduled for Friday, March 20, 2015. I called them back and spoke with them for over three hours (until 1:30 in the morning Italy time).     It was supposed to be three days travel, end up being 4, fine! Costumer service beyond zero, rude and unapologetic no matter what .
