  • Travelocity is Terrible!

    This was my very first time using this company and I am HIGHLY IRRITATED!! I kept receiving the same message stating "sorry this happens, your flight price is now..." and kept hitting "book fee" at the bottom to confirm my order and nothing happened! What did take place was my credit card being charged a total of 28 times!! This is ridiculous! Called the help line only to say I have to wait for my charges to be approved in order for them to be canceled, when on my when the status on my credit card says approved.   • "Updating systems" during peak travel season?

    Website errors when trying to view my itinerary 2 DAYS before my travel when I booked over 6 months ago. Travelocity does not have flight changes I was emailed about (even directly from Travelocity!). Current info shows original flights that were changed 3-4 times since booking. Considering this is travel season, I'm disappointed with your website and customer service reps not having the most up to date info.   • Travelocity wrong confirmation number and airline

    Booked round trip flight from Phoenix to Toronto. Confirmation number and flight given by Travelocity were for United but operated by Air Canada. Air Canada desk could not get me a boarding pass with a United confirmation number and flight number. Walked 15 minutes to United terminal to find out flight is actually Air Canada. Walked back to Air Canada desk and stood there for 5 minutes trying to find personnel to help me, the place was deserted this time.   • Hampton Inn, Oxford, AL, Incompetent check-out procedure

    I stayed at Hampton Inn, Oxford, AL, for two nights. There were problems with the plastic key cards. The water in the bathroom tap was scalding hot for quite a while even after you turned the faucet all the way to cold. Water pressure through the faucet was rather low. The shower was all right. When I went to check out, the clerk, Jessica, was absolutely clueless as to how to get me a printed receipt. She finally handed me what looks like a confirmation sheet, not a receipt.     Recently stayed at this hotel/motel (May 2014). It needs some sprucing up -lets just say that. It smelled and felt like road-side motel. Bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was clean, but needed some good power scrubbing, shower curtain should be replaced - it was white and the edges were grey - from age and use. And did I say it smelled like a motel? You could hear people talking/laughing in other rooms and staff at the front desk are not very professional.   • Lied Lodge Restaurant

    Poor selection and high price! Pitiful excuse for a salad bar - just a bowl of greens and a few vegetables - only 3 dressing choices. Buffet is less than desireable with the food being barely warm. Frozen mixed vegetables tasted like a tv dinner. Very mediocre food. We love the Lodge, but will eat elsewhere from now on. On a Saturday night, there were only 2 tables with people - that should tell you something. Lower the price from $24.95 to $16.95 with your current selection.   • Bad service in booking flights

    My return flights were: Tehran-Vienna Vienna-Munich Munich-Chicago without knowing that an Iranian needs a visa to travel between to cities in Europe then in 3 days before going to Tehran I was informed that the returned flights were not confirmed. I called you and talked to a person who was very bad at English. After 30 minutes he told me that Lufthansa would call me and change my return flights. 2 days later somebody called me and said that my return flights had been changed and I would fly from Tehran to Frankfurt then to Newark then to Chicago.   • best western splashpark of ludington

    im complaing about the way some employees are being treated by management. i've seen where the younger housekeepers are slacking to the point where the older employees are being required to help finish their work as well as there own. i have heard management yell at these employees where guests can hear. i've been going to this motel several times and got to know a couple of the housekeepers that have been there a while and they are very nice ladies. i have never had a problem with my room being dirty, but i feel i may need to just go to a different motel when i visit ludington,...
