Poor customer service and problem with refund - hotel booking and cancelation action required


Travelocity lacks integrity in policy implementation. I have called for three days to get my refund and after six customer service representatives to include two corporate office managers, rude and unprofessionalism, no refund. They continue to say they need to contact the hotel and each day I call them for over one hour on the phone and they do not follow through with action.

I had the same problem and was on the phone with them for 3 hours and still not resolved on there end--so I called my credit card company and only spent 15 mins on the phone and got my refund.. Call your credit card company..
