Took My Money and Bad Customer Service


Tried to book a trip on Travelocity. It said the return flight I wanted was not available so tried to pick another flight. We didn't like any of them so we decided to use a different site. We cancelled our session and thought everything would be fine. Checked the bank the next day and we were charged for the whole trip. Called customer service and of course as usual when you call somewhere, well I got someone that could barely speak english. He said we put a hold on the amount of the trip and you will get it back in 24-48 hours. I said I never booked a trip, he said we put a hold on the money, again I never booked a trip. He said you tried to so we hold the money. What kind of BS is that? He said sorry that's what we do. I told him I will never use his company again. Of course he doesn't care, I'm just one person.

I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY TRAVELOCITY, THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE THAT TOOK MY $246.00 FOR 4 DAYS WAS A REP. SUSAN, THEN A SUPERVISOR NAME STEFFY AND THEN THE MANAGER NAMED SAM. THEY ALL LIED! SUSAN, TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY WHEN I WANTED TO QUICKLY CHANGE HOTELS TO ANOTHER ONE SHE SAID THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE FIRST HOTEL, THEY WOULD ONLY HOLD MY CARD,SO I PICKED A BETTER HOTEL. SHE ALSO SAID THE MILES WERE ONLY 14 MILES FROM THE WISCONSIN DELLS, BUT IN FACT THEY WERE 55 MILES AWAY, ABOUT AN 1 HOUR LONG! SAM TALKED TO ME AND HE SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE MY MONEY ($246.63), WITHIN 24 HRS. HE LIED, I JUST GOT MY MONEY TODAY 4 DAYS LATER! I STRESSED TO HIM THAT I WAS A MOTHER OF 5 AND I WOULD BE VACATIONING WITH MY CHILDREN AND HOW BADLY I NEEDED MY MONEY AND NOT TO MENTION ITEMS THAT I NEEDED TO GET RIGHT AWAY FOR SCHOOL THIS PAST MONDAY (8/6). THIS COMPANY IS ROTTEN TO THE CORE AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB AND ANYONE ELSE WHO WILL LISTEN AND HAVE A IMPACT AGAINST THIS AGENCY!
