Travel Protection Plan from Aon - Travel Protection Plan Aon Affinity
Travelocity and there Protection Plan are not worth the money. They both want to make money on other peoples losses from death. I made travel plans thru Travelocity and purchased the Travel Plan thru them. When myself and some other Army buddies made plans to visit one of our veteran buddies, unfortunately he passed away before we saw him. Upon making my honest claim with AON Affinity I was told I would no be refunded as he wasn't considered family. My other buddies got there refund as when they spoke to a customer rep they were instructed to put family in that block. Had I know that the company encourages dishonesty/lying I would never have used either one. I recommend you use a travel agent or work directly with the airline/hotel or other service. I work very hard for my money as do others and have someone like this do this is just terrible.
