Used Travelocity for the first time. Everything seemed great until we arrived at our destination at the rental car service and found out that Travelocity booked out return for the wrong date. When I called to get the date corrected they said that it would cost an Extra $750. This seemed ridiculous seeing the original ticket was $252. They escalated the ticket to Customer Support ( A complete joke as they do not knkow the meaning of Customer Support). They pulled the recording of the call and confirmed that I did say Sunday on my return but they representitve gave me the confirmation in date and did not specify the day i.e. Monday. I was driving at the time and did not have a calander hanging in my car to look if the date was Sunday. I just assumed that it was Sunday because that is what I requested. I called the airlines and booked my own return and saved $350 from what Travelocity was trying to Scam me for. The agent says that this happens quite a bit. My suggestion is book straight with the Airlines to avoid these Scams
