Very Poor service/July 3 2015 - hotel booking and cancelation action required


Worst company ever!!! Very poor!! I booked 2 to 3 months in advanced. I called and spoke with a gentleman and asked him that I am booking 2 adults, 1 child under 2 & my meduim/large dog..and it didn't matter where we stay-just in close proximity to Disney theme parks. I then said please book according to my dogs needs..a pet friendly hotel & pet friendly airline. He stated that he has every squared away. I paid for it!! Called the airlines to see what size kennel I need. Well the airlines told me that they couldn't book my dog due to his size. So I then I called travelocity & spoke with several people and finally spoke with someone & they said they couldn't accommodate. So I had to pay & make accommodations for my dog. Then had to call travelocity back bc I noticed that they booked me, my wife & my 2 yr old in seats away from each other. Doesn't stop there!! So we traveled to Orlando and it took at least 45 minutes to get to the hotel. Once we got there our driver asked what are we doing in Florida. We told him that we were going to Orlando and he politely stated that the theme parks are 45 mins away. So we called Travelocity and kept getting Hangup on several times. We finally spoke with someone & they were repeating questions that I already gave them the answer on..I repeated myself over 6 times. So they hung up again & called this particular hotel to cancel services with them. So after 4.5 hours we got it corrected by the hotel!! Not by travelocity!!Travelocity has yet to reimburse my money!! Company sucks!!! Worst company I ever dealth with!! Horrible!! I'm going to post to all social media outlets to let them know 1. Your speaking to people that don't know area-outsourcing to companies in Korea, Manila etc..
