Sierra Nevada resort and spa - Sierra Nevada lodge resort and spa
I had a tough day of work on the mountain here at mammoth lakes and the gondola cars were put away early, preventing me from sleeping in my own bed. So I went to the Sierra Nevada lodge to get a good nights rest and some relaxation, I was pleasantly greeted by Kim Bolin and her new front desk clerk Katie. They provided me with the service I so desperately needed. They got me right into a great room which I have stayed in before and let me check in early around noon. Their service and kind attitude are an asset to the spa and it's resort. I am a general manager of hospitality and food and beverage and would like to show my appreciation for the kind of employees the Sierra Nevada lodge hires for its guests, especially mrs. Kim Bolin and Katie. Top notch staff!!
