Booking through Travelocity lost me the benefits that the Riu Palace Hotel was offering. Travelocity wanted me to pay $170 US dollars for the "FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE". I'm scare that I'll get to the Hotel and have to pay for the towels or pool access now that I booked through Travelocity!
