Site will book different dates.


While surfing the site, I chose to book a hotel night for today. When I arrived at the hotel I was surprised that they couldn't find my reservation. They called travelocity where they told them to call Expedia. Once answered they said that the reservation was for a month and a half from today.

When I bought the reservation I chose today as a date, they randomly decided to book my night for October 4th. To fix this I had to pay the hotel almost the same I had paid travelocity to compensate for today's booking. I'm on a budget and now thanks to travelocity I'm fckd. It makes no sense whatsoever.

Don't book through their site. Their customer service ain't good either: after an hour of speaking with both a representative and a manager they've said there is nothing they can do about it. It's sad that companies like this manage to do this to us the people that maintain their companies afloat. It's a shame.
