Travelocity scammed me out of what I paid for.

We booked our airline/hotel through Travelocity.com . I called them to arrange the Free shuttle service to the hotel which was advertised. Travelocity wanted us to pay an additional $170 US dollars for the "FREE Shuttle Service". I told them the hotel is advertising "free shuttle service", to which Travelocity replied "that's only if you book through the hotel website. IF THE HOTEL OFFERS IT...AND I BOOK THE HOTEL...I SHOULD GET EVERYTHING THE HOTEL OFFERS! I will never use Travelocity again and I advise you to not use them either! You may not get what you paid for!
