the woman that checked us in needs to take a class on customer service. Our room was located on the side of the hotel and the outside doors are not locked. This is the first trio we have taken with our 9month old so of course when we entered the room, our baby wanted to crawl around. The carpets are damp and sticky. The wall paper under the ac was hanging off the wall. There was a cord to a lamp that was cut and just laying in the floor. The breakfast was stale toast and bagels. No creamer for coffee and the water taste disgusting. When I asked about the pool, the staff said there wasn't one; however their website advertises an indoor pool and the room for the pool was right next to the lobby. Also, there was green powder behind the end table by the bed. We assumed it was rat poisoning, thank god or 9month old didn't ingest any of it. This hotel is not worth the discount rate.
